1. Development Financing

Funds required to develop the initial idea, write the screenplay, create a budget, develop a pitch package.

2. Pre-Production Financing Funds
Stage 2: 6% of the total budget
Costs for planning, casting, hiring the crew, location scouting, and creating detailed shooting plans.
3. Production Financing
Stage 3: 75% of the total budget
Costs for shooting, crew salaries, equipment rentals, set constructions, and more. This will mainly cover “above the line” and “principal photography” costs.
4. Post-Production Financing
Stage 4: 15% of the total budget
Costs for editing, visual and special effects, sound design, music scoring, and other finishing touches.
5. Distribution and Marketing Financing
Stage 5: Remaining 4% of the total budget
Once the film is complete, funds are required for marketing, film festival submissions, distribution deals, and other promotional activities.
6. Recoupment and Profit Distribution
Stage 6: Financial gain
As the film starts generating revenue, profits are then distributed among per agreements.

Stephanie Pearson is an American actress born in Los Angeles, California. She booked her first commercial at ten years old and since then has starred in numerous television episodes, film roles and national ad campaigns. She attended Loyola Marymount University as a theater arts major. Stephanie works full time as an actress in Los Angeles, CA.
“Name Talent” Character Identification
FilmRazor is currently seeking to attach “name talent” without a “pay or play” contract. This will come in the form of a “letter of intent” that attaches the actor once funding is complete.
Stage 2: 6% of the total budget
Once 6% of the total budget is raised, FilmRazor can make financial offers to “name talent” that will help market the film.
